The FBI, in partnership with Google and Black Lotus Labs, has taken down a sprawling AI-powered phishing service known as Outsider Enterprise, which operated over ↓ 1,000,000 URLs to harvest credit‑card numbers and credentials.

Law‑enforcement agents seized control of more than 3,500 active domains and arrested several operators believed to be linked to a Chinese cyber‑crime syndicate.

“This takedown cripples a major revenue stream for illicit actors,” said an FBI spokesperson.

Google’s Threat Analysis Group flagged the infrastructure as part of a broader phishing‑as‑a‑service ecosystem, while Black Lotus Labs supplied technical intel that accelerated the operation.

According to Reuters, the service generated an estimated $12 million annually, funneling stolen data to underground markets. AP News reports the disruption will force cybercriminals to rebuild, delaying attacks for months.
