Venezuela earthquakes: Drone reveals rescue dynamics in La Guaira

Drone operators flew over the coastal city moments after the twin shocks, capturing collapsed homes, blocked roads and teams of first responders threading through debris.

Local officials told Reuters that more than ↓ 30 injured have been evacuated, while shelters are nearing capacity.

“The scale of damage is unprecedented,” said the regional governor in a live briefing.

Satellite imagery corroborates the footage, showing over 1,200 structures reduced to rubble. International aid agencies are mobilizing supplies, but logistics remain hampered by landslides.
