Nordic CISOs are reporting that the wave of cyber incidents has not intensified compared with ↑ 0% change over the past ↑ 2 years. Despite AI‑driven attack vectors, the region’s security chiefs claim resilience.

Nordic CISOs and the steady cyber threat level

A recent survey by Reuters shows 78% of respondents in Scandinavia rate their defenses as adequate, while only 12% see a rise in breach attempts.

“Our teams have adapted faster than the threats evolve,” said a senior CISO in Oslo.

Analysts at Bloomberg note that the lack of a spike may reflect mature incident‑response frameworks rather than a lull in adversary activity.
