Netflix co-CEOs pay 2025 details

The latest SEC filing shows that Netflix co-CEOs pay 2025 has slipped to just above ↓ $53M, down from the $58 million reported in 2024. Analysts note the reduction aligns with slower subscriber growth and rising content costs. Greg Peters and Ted Sarandos each saw their base salary trimmed while performance bonuses were scaled back.

“adjusted compensation reflects the company’s focus on fiscal discipline,”

a spokesperson told Reuters. Bloomberg has reported that the move could influence proxy battles later this year. The filing, made Thursday, arrived as investors pressed the streaming giant for clearer guidance on profit margins.
