Gold price decline trends

The COMEX market witnessed a pronounced Gold price decline on Tuesday, with spot gold settling ↓ 1.4% and extending a downtrend that has persisted for two of the last three sessions. Silver was not immune, slipping ↓ 2.5%, marking three losses in four trading days. Analysts cited a firmer US dollar and easing inflation expectations as primary drivers, while Reuters noted dwindling safe‑haven demand. Bloomberg added that inventory levels remain elevated, putting further pressure on metal prices.
