Apple warns that summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate and that filtering is not foolproof. The condensed text, under half the original length, is sent to Private Cloud Compute where Apple Foundation Models generate the final note; neither Apple nor third parties can access the raw data. Users must opt‑in via the Watch app, can schedule listening windows, and toggle the feature from Control Center.
