Apple confirmed that two of its U.S. retail locations will undergo a brief move this month, a classic case of Apple Store relocation to nearby premises. In Queens Center, Elmhurst, New York, the outlet will temporarily operate inside the mall starting Friday, July 17 at 10 a.m. local time, allowing the original space to be refurbished. A week later, on July 24 at 10 a.m., the Ridgeland, Mississippi store in the Colony Park shopping center will shift to a new spot within the same complex, directly opposite the Show Fountain. Customers can expect uninterrupted service during the transition.

“We aim to minimize disruption while enhancing the shopping experience,” a spokesperson told Reuters.

Further details on the renovations were not disclosed, but analysts note the moves align with Apple’s broader strategy to modernize its retail footprint, a trend echoed in recent Bloomberg coverage.
