During a G20 Innovation Ministerial, Lutnick introduced co‑founder Tom Brown, noting, “We’re excited to discuss how our work aligns with national priorities.” Brown praised President Trump’s recent Truth Social post about data‑center jobs and grid benefits, positioning Anthropic as a partner in the administration’s economic agenda.

“We trust Anthropic,” Lutnick said, adding, “They’ve done what we asked. They’re back on the right side.”

The turnaround follows a federal judge’s Reuters‑reported ruling that struck down the Pentagon’s blacklist, a decision that ↑15% boosted Anthropic’s market confidence. Earlier export restrictions had caused a ↓30% dip in model shipments, a loss the company is now clawing back.
